Welcome to FirstEntry Studio. These Terms of Service govern your use of our offerings related to bookkeeping and recordkeeping for startups, digital guides, and branded materials. By accessing or engaging with our site and resources, you agree to comply with these terms.
1. Scope of Services
FirstEntry Studio provides three categories of offerings:
1.1 Startup Recordkeeping Services
Customized bookkeeping setup, periodic record reviews, and monthly reporting assistance tailored to emerging enterprises.
1.2 Digital Guides and Courses
Downloadable manuals, video tutorials, and interactive lessons focused on best practices for managing accounts in early-stage ventures.
1.3 Branded Materials
Physical goods such as specialty notebooks, planners, and instructional booklets designed to support project tracking and documentation.
2. Payment Terms
All fees are listed in the local currency and are payable at the time of purchase or engagement. We accept major card networks and other online payment methods. Access to digital guides is granted after successful authorization.
3. Reimbursement and Rescheduling Policy
3.1 Services
If you need to reschedule a booked service, notify us at least 48 hours before the scheduled start. Cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance qualify for a reimbursement to your original payment source within 7 business days. Once work has begun, no reimbursement is available due to the bespoke nature of our engagement.
3.2 Digital Guides and Courses
You may request a reimbursement within 14 days of purchase provided you have not accessed any protected content. Eligible requests will be processed within 5 business days following verification. Once access credentials have been issued, no reimbursement is possible since materials become immediately accessible.
3.3 Branded Materials
If your branded item arrives damaged or you wish to swap it, ship the item back to us within 30 days of delivery along with proof of purchase. We will issue a reimbursement to the original payment source—less any shipping fees—within 10 business days of receiving the returned package. Items must be in unused condition.
4. Non-Refundable Circumstances
Certain offerings—such as one-on-one consultation calls and customized setup sessions—are non-reimbursable once scheduled. This policy reflects the time and expertise reserved exclusively for your engagement.
5. Modifications to These Terms
FirstEntry Studio may update these terms from time to time. The revised version will be posted here with an updated date. Continued use of our offerings after changes constitute acceptance of the new terms.
6. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to any service, digital content, or materials at our discretion, with or without notice, if you violate these terms.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada. Any dispute arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Toronto, Ontario.
